I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. The serviceman came out, examined all the pieces, making sure he was aware of all my concerns and even found an additional problem with the Dresser that would have been a problem in the future had it not been spotted by him. He sure was thorough and saved me future aggravation. His estimate was easy to understand and clearly laid out all that he proposed. Not only did the costs stick to the estimate but the end result was fabulous. I couldn’t be happier.

During the whole experience I did not have any problems: calls to the office were painless, the serviceman showed up on time, job was completed when promised, he was very professional and took the time to address all my concerns. Repaired a chewed up wooden stair. Repaired and refinished a sideboard dining cabinet. Refinished a water damaged kitchen cabinet.

Bill Bost was punctual and diligent in his work. He repaired a corner of my bottom oak stair case that my dog had chewed, as well as my wooden dining cabinet. These items look like new after his job. You can not tell they were damaged at all. Bill matched the color of the wood as well as the grade. Great job and reasonably priced. Much cheaper than buying new stuff.
